Premier African Minerals Limited announced that both special resolutions presented at its Adjourned General Meeting on November 19, 2024, were duly passed with overwhelming support. The resolution to disapply pre-emptive provisions received 98.58% of votes cast in favour, with 2,161,266,086 votes for and 31,057,724 against. Similarly, the resolution to approve the conversion period also garnered 98.58% of votes in favour.
