At the Annual General Meeting of Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc, all resolutions were passed. Resolution 1, concerning the receipt of the 2025 Report & Accounts, saw 112,326,304 votes for and 458,012 votes against, representing 99.59% and 0.41% of votes cast, respectively. The re-appointment of auditors (Resolution 2) received 111,637,072 votes for (98.74%) and 1,424,695 votes against (1.26%). The re-elections of Paul Griffiths, Alistair Jury, and Dr. Stephen Boldy (Resolutions 3, 4 and 5) received 104,072,515 (96.16%), 102,879,105 (91.10%) and 103,029,105 (91.11%) votes for, respectively, and 4,153,648 (3.84%), 10,051,868 (8.90%) and 10,051,868 (8.89%) votes against, respectively.
