Preliminary results from this latest work have\nidentified eight new mineralized anomalies outlined by elevated gold\nand/or base metal values in soil sample results.\n \n\n\n\n Precipitate has commenced various programs of field,\ndesktop and laboratory work along with the review and analysis of\nexisting data. As reported by way of a Company\n \n\n\n\n news release dated\nSeptember 14, 2020\n \n\n\n\n , prior to reducing\nwork programs in 2017, the Company collected over 17,000 individual\nsoil samples on grid parameters as detailed as 25 metre by 50 metre\nspacings within multiple known areas of interest throughout the\nproject. Over 14,000 of these soil samples were previously analyzed\nwith a hand-held X-ray fluorescence (“XRF”) scanner which led to\nthe identification of approximately 8,000 samples showing elevated\nbase metal and pathfinder elements, therefore warranting full\nlaboratory analysis.\n \n\n\n\n Analytical results from this project-wide sampling\nprogram have identified eight priority zones of elevated gold and/or\nbase metals (copper, lead and zinc) in soil anomalies and has also\nrefined the extents of several notable pre-existing soil anomalies at\nthe Southeast, Peak and Melchor zones.\n \n\n These\nnewly delineated zones are\n \n\n Ginger Ridge North\n \n\n ,\n \n\n CN, CN 2\n \n\n ,\n \n\n CN 3\n \n\n ,\n \n\n CdN\n \n\n ,\n \n\n CdN 2\n \n\n ,\n \n\n CdN 3\n \n\n ,\nand\n \n\n GM\n \n\n .\n \n\n Early field observations of various surface\nrocks (float and outcrop) have led the Company to prioritize three\nzones for immediate follow up exploration, those being\n \n\n CN\n \n\n ,\n \n\n CdN\n \n\n , and\n \n\n GM zones.\n \n\n\n The soil anomaly locations align with the dominant north...
