Barrick’s work is part of an earn-in agreement whereby\nBarrick has the right to earn a 70% interest in Precipitate’s Pueblo\nGrande Project.\n \n\n\n\n At the Pueblo Grande Sur Zone (located immediately east\nof the Pueblo Viejo gold mine) Barrick has d\n \n\n elineated\n \n\n a concealed and untested IP\nchargeability target at depth, via the combined interpretation of the\ngeophysical response and\n \n associated favorable alteration and\npermeable host rocks. The anomaly is open to the south. Barrick\nintends to further delineate the anomaly with an additional IP line to\nthe south to evaluate the possible extension of the chargeability\nanomaly.
