PrairieSky Royalty Declares November Dividend

CALGARY, Nov. 17, 2014 /CNW/ - PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. ("PrairieSky") (TSX:PSK) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of CDN $0.1058 per common share to be paid on December 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on November 28, 2014.

This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
