(OTC Pink: PPJED) (PINKSHEETS: PPJED) is\nconducting an investigation into whether a paid basher (not a shareholder) of\nthe company on online message boards of Investors hub has financial ties to a\nlitigant involved in an ongoing lawsuit to collect its assets.\n\nA frequent poster on the online\nstock website investorshub.com who posts under the screen name “janice shell”\nhas been identified as Janice Evans of Philadelphia,\nwho may be maintaining a post office box in Philadelphia,\nPennsylvania while residing in Delaware.\n\nEvans attended the recent trial\nbetween PPJ and Narinder S. Grewal, MD (Grewal),\na Santa Clarita-based pain management physician and former client and former PPJED\nboard member, who was found to have bilked the company out of millions of dollars\nduring a period from 2001-07.\n\nEvans had been actively\nattempting to destroy the value of PPJED stock each and every day of the\nhearing which lasted almost six weeks.\n\nIt\nis obvious that Evans is being paid by Grewal’s dirty money (money he earned by defrauding Medicare, Medi-Cal and\nother Government insurers. http://www.dodig.mil/IGInformation/IGInformationReleases/DrNGrewalPR.pdf\n) to engage in on going\ndefamation with false statements and trying to impress other posters on the\ninvestorsbub.com message board. The Company was advised by some to file a\nlawsuit against Investors’ Hub. However, Ms. Basu, CEO of PPJED feels that IHUB\nprovides an opportunity for the shareholders of companies to voice their\nopinion regarding the company they have invested in. This purpose of the\nmessage board is noble.\n\n \n\nEvans is not a shareholder of\nPPJED and she has no business in the PPJED message board specially to bash the\nCompany.
