The Company is seeking more than $8.5 million in damages associated with alleged unpaid medical billing fees and monetary advances made to Grewal by the company during a period dating from 2001-07.   \n\n\"We are pleased to finally be nearing the point where the company can resolve this matter,\" PPJ Enterprise CEO Chandana Basu said. \"We believe that justice will be served in this case, and we want to thank all our shareholders and supporters for their continued patience and support during these difficult proceedings.\" \n\nPPJ Enterprise is in its fifth year of litigating the case against Grewel.
