[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8807T PPHE Hotel Group Limited 18 October 2017 \n\n18 October 2017\nPPHE Hotel Group Limited\n(the \"Company\")\nPurchase of Shares\nIn accordance with DTR 5.6.1A, the Company announces that yesterday it purchased 41,070 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (\"Shares\") (representing 0.1% of the Company's voting rights immediately prior to such purchase) at a price of 1041 pence per Share (the \"Buy-back\"). As a result of the Buy-back, a further 41,070 Shares will be held in treasury, making the total number of shares now held in treasury 1,903,070 Shares.\nAs at today's date, the Company's total issued share capital is 44,225,706 Shares (including 1,903,070 held in treasury).
