[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9686T PPHE Hotel Group Limited 09 July 2018 \n\n \n \n \n \nPPHE Hotel Group Limited\n(the \"Company\")\n \nNotification of a Possible Dual Listing \nPPHE Hotel Group Limited (\"PPHE Hotel Group\" or the \"Company\" and, together with its subsidiaries the \"Group\") announces that it is evaluating a possible dual listing of the Company's ordinary shares of nil par value (the \"Ordinary Shares\") on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (the \"Possible Dual Listing\"). \n \nOn 28 June 2018, the Company announced its intention to transfer the listing category of its Ordinary Shares from a Standard Listing to a Premium Listing on the official list of the UK Listing Authority (\"the Proposed Transfer\"). The Proposed Transfer is expected to complete on or around 30 July 2018. \n \nA Premium Listing would simplify the process for obtaining a dual listing on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange thereby facilitating an additional trading platform for investors. \n \nDiscussions regarding a Possible Dual Listing are at an early stage and at this time there is no guarantee that it will occur within any particular timescale or at all.
