[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1116G PPHE Hotel Group Limited 27 February 2018 \n\n27 February 2018\n \n \n \nPPHE Hotel Group Limited\n(\"PPHE Hotel Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nBoard Appointment\nPPHE Hotel Group, which together with its subsidiaries (the Group), owns, leases, develops, operates and franchises full service upscale, upper upscale and lifestyle hotels in major gateway cities and resort destinations, predominantly in Europe, today announces an appointment to its board of directors (the Board).\nThe Board has appointed Daniel (Izaäk Herman) Kos, the Group's Chief Financial Officer, as an Executive Director to the Board, with immediate effect. Daniel will stand for re-election along with the Company's other Directors at the Company's forthcoming annual general meeting to be held on 15 May 2018.\nDaniel was appointed as Chief Financial Officer on 1 January 2018, having joined the Group in 2011 as Group Head of Accounting and subsequently appointed as Vice President of Corporate Finance in 2015. Prior to joining the Group, Daniel held senior leadership positions within audit and finance, including eleven years at Mazars LLP, an international audit practice.
