Arena Hospitality Group - Pledge of Shares
PPHE Hotel Group announced that Arena Hospitality Group (AHG), in which PPHE holds a controlling interest, has pledged shares in AHG in favor of Zagrebačka Banka. This pledge serves as collateral for a long-term loan agreement. The announcement was made public by AHG, whose shares are listed on the Prime Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
