Stephanie will sit on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. This appointment has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.\n \n \n \n A qualified chartered accountant, with over 15 years of capital market expertise, Stephanie was a capital markets director at PwC where her role included advising asset managers on listing investment funds and real estate investment trusts (UK, Guernsey and Jersey) on the London Stock Exchange.\n \n \n \n Stephanie is an independent non-executive director of Apax Global Alpha Limited (sitting on their Audit Committee) and JLEN Environmental Assets Group Limited (sitting on their Audit, Risk and Investment Committees).\n \n \n \n The appointment of Stephanie, as well as Nigel Keen earlier this year and Kenneth Bradley in 2019, forms part of a wider commitment by the Company to strengthen corporate governance and the Board with fresh independent experience.
