[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n1 April 2016\n\nPowerHouse Energy Group plc\n\n(“PowerHouse” or the “Company”)\n\nResignation of Nomad and update on RenewMe\n\nPowerHouse announces that on 8 February 2016, the Company received a claim from RenewMe Limited (“RenewMe”) relating to a settlement entered into between the Company and RenewMe as announced on 3 March 2014 (the “Claim”).  The Company is in discussions with RenewMe regarding the Claim and a further announcement in relation to the Claim will be made in due course.\n\nThe Company also announces that Allenby Capital Limited has resigned as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker with immediate effect.
