The General Meeting is to be held at the offices of\nSanlam Securities UK Limited at 10 King William Street, London EC4N 7TW at\n10.30 a.m. on 6 September 2013 (or, if later, immediately following the close\nof the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 6\nSeptember 2013 at the same address).\n\nThe Resolutions in the Notice seek additional authorities to those being sought\nat the Company's Annual General Meeting for the directors to allot ordinary\nshares and to dis-apply Shareholders' pre-emption rights in respect of the\nissue of shares for cash.
