The committee has appointed Dr.\n \n Nigel Brand\n \n given his technical credentials and work conducted at the Sinclair Cesium Mine in Norseman,\n \n Western Australia\n \n to evaluate and maximize the Company's next steps on our West Joe Cesium Project. The Committee will also consist of current Power Metals Corp board and executives in\n \n Haydn Daxter\n \n (CEO),\n \n Johnathan More\n \n (Chairman and Director), and\n \n Chris Evans\n \n (Director and MD at Winsome Resources).\n \n\n Dr.\n \n Nigel Brand\n \n has been a geochemist working in the global mineral exploration industry for over 34 years including Western Mining Corporation,\n \n Anglo American\n \n and for the last sixteen years as a consultant with Geochemical Services, providing expertise globally in diverse climatic and geological environments and with Portable Spectral Services pushing the frontiers of spectral technologies and their applications.
