He has served as Minister of Indigenous Services, Minister of Labour, Minister for Seniors, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence.\n \n\n O'Regan was born in\n \n St. John's, Newfoundland\n \n , and raised in Goose Bay,\n \n Labrador\n \n .
