[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n 6 June 2014\n\n Sula Iron and Gold plc \n\n (\"Sula\" or the \"Company\") \n\n Statement regarding Ebola Virus Disease in Sierra Leone \n\nSula Iron and Gold plc, a multi-commodity exploration company focused on Sierra\nLeone notes the recent press coverage regarding the increased number of cases\nof Ebola Virus Disease (\"EVD\") predominantly in the East of the country close\nto the Guinea border.\n\nThe Company confirms that there have been no incidences of EVD among the\nworkforce at its Ferensola Project and is not aware of any incidence of EVD in\nthe surrounding region. The Company continues to monitor the situation\ncarefully via the World Health Organisation and the Foreign & Commonwealth\nOffice. The World Health Organisation does not recommend that any travel or\ntrade restrictions be applied to Guinea, Liberia, or Sierra Leone based on the\ncurrent information available regarding EVD.\n\nThere are a number of large-scale miners in the region who have not evacuated\noperational staff because of EVD.
