Net revenues for the first quarter were $105.5 million, up slightly compared to the prior quarter and up 15 percent from the first quarter of 2024. GAAP net income for the first quarter was $8.8 million or $0.15 per diluted share compared to $0.16 per diluted share in the prior quarter and $0.07 per diluted share in the first quarter of 2024. Cash flow from operations for the quarter was $26.4 million.\n\nIn addition to its GAAP results, the company provided non-GAAP measures that exclude stock-based compensation, amortization of acquisition-related intangible assets and the related tax effects. Non-GAAP net income for the first quarter of 2025 was $17.9 million or $0.31 per diluted share compared to $0.30 per diluted share in the prior quarter and $0.18 per diluted share in the first quarter of 2024.
