Results from corporate activities represented a charge of $61 million in the nine-month period ended September 30, 2010, compared with a charge of $44 million in the same period in 2009.\nOther items were a charge of $93 million or $0.20 per share in the nine-month period ended September 30, 2010, consisting mainly of Power Corporation's share of a litigation provision established by Great-West Lifeco Inc. (Lifeco), a subsidiary of Power Financial Corporation (Power Financial).
