Ryan will be stepping down as\n Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of the\n Corporation. Mr. Ryan will be pursuing other interests in the United\n States, including board related work and teaching.\n\n\nDuring his four years with the Power group of companies, he has made a\n significant contribution to Power Corporation and its subsidiaries. The\n Board of Directors expresses its appreciation to Mr. Ryan and wishes\n him the very best in his future endeavours.\n\n\nThe Corporation is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has\n approved the appointment of Mr. Gregory D. Tretiak as Executive\n Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Tretiak has been with\n IGM Financial Inc. (a subsidiary of the Corporation) for 24 years and\n is currently the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer,\n a position he has held since 1999.
