In view of this, the\nannouncement of the Company's interim results, due to be made\ntoday, has been postponed and the Company's shares have been\ntemporarily suspended from listing. A further announcement,\nclarifying the position on the fundraising and containing the\ninterim results, will be issued as soon as practicable and is\nexpected to be made in mid-February.
