Creightons PLC 14 September 2000 Creightons plc ('Creightons' or the 'Company') Board Change The Board of Creightons announces that William Hamilton has resigned as a director of the Company and Chief Executive Officer of the Group to pursue other interests. Mr. Hamilton's resignation is in line with the Board's stated strategy of creating a cash shell by disposing of the Company's business and assets. Mr. Hamilton's executive responsibilities will be assumed by Mr. William Mcilroy, Executive Vice Chairman of Creightons. Further announcements as to progress will be made in due course.
