DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The Board of Creightons plc (the "Company") was informed on 18 November 2015 that Bernard Johnson, a director of the Company, transferred 1,463,275 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, from his own name to his SIPP.

Bernard Johnson's previously disclosed beneficial holding of 4,787,844 ordinary shares representing approximately 8.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged.
