AGM - All Resolutions Passed

Creightons PLC 4 November 1999 ('Creightons' or 'the Company') AGM Resolutions Passed Appointment of Directors Creightons announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, each of the resolutions set out in the notice of meeting were duly passed. These included the appointment of William McIlroy and Mary Carney to the Board of Creightons as non-executive directors with immediate effect. Mr McIlroy has notified Creightons that he has an interest, through Oratorio Developments Limited, in 4,300,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing 21.6% of its issued share capital.
