Moore as Senior Vice President and Market President for the Winchester, Virginia, region. Mr. Moore will lead the bank's expansion into the Frederick County and Winchester market where the bank will offer comprehensive financial solutions for businesses, municipalities, nonprofits, families, and individuals.
