(the \"Company\") (OTC:PTBS), the bank holding company for Bank of Charles Town (BCT), also known as The Community's Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on January 21, 2025. The dividend is for all shareholders of record on February 6, 2025, and will be paid on February 13, 2025.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \nAbout the Company\nFounded in 1871, BCT - Bank of Charles Town, also known as The Community's Bank, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Potomac Bancshares, Inc. (OTC:PTBS).
