[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 10 December 2024\n \n\n \nPorvair plc\n(\"Porvair\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nTrading update for the year ended 30 November 2024 and notice of results\nPre-close trading update\nThe Group expects revenue growth to be around 9% (13% at constant currency), with adjusted earnings per share marginally ahead of market expectations. Net cash at 30 November 2024 was approximately £14 million.\nAs previously announced, Hooman Caman Javvi will join the Group on 6 January 2025 as Chief Executive Officer designate and Director of the Company.
