[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 0291V\n Porvair PLC\n 09 December 2021\n \n \n \n \n For immediate release 9 December 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Porvair plc \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Pre-close trading update\n \n \n and\n \n \n Notice of Results\n \n \n \n \n \n Porvair plc (\"Porvair\", \"the Group\" or \"the Company\"), the specialist filtration, laboratory and environmental technology group, announces the following trading update ahead of its close period for the year ended 30 November 2021 and notice of results.\n \n \n \n \n \n Pre-close trading update\n \n \n Revenue for the year ended 30 November 2021 is expected to be 8% higher than 2020, with lower aerospace revenue offset by growth in laboratory, metal melt and general industrial segments. \n \n \n Adjusted earnings per share are expected to be at the top end of market forecasts. Net cash at the year-end is expected to be £10.2 million (2020: £4.9 million) after capital investment, dividend payments and acquisition costs of approximately 9.5 million (2020 £6.5 million).
