Porvair PLC 15 February 2000 Porvair plc ('the Company') Directors Share Dealings The Company was informed on 27 January 2000, that on that date Sarah Stocks, wife of Ben Stocks, Chief Executive of the Company, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 195p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr Stock's beneficial interest in the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital is 9,200 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.04 per cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital.
