This follows the decision by Chris Tyler to step back from his position as Group Finance Director after 16 years of service and continue, in a part-time role, as Company Secretary. Chris will retire from the Board following the Company's AGM in April 2021.\n James Mills brings with him significant expertise and relevant experience in strategic financial management for engineering-led businesses, most recently from his role as a Divisional Finance Director for Ricardo plc. James is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with KPMG and gained further capital markets experience at G4S plc where he successfully delivered a variety of financial initiatives alongside his responsibilities for Group reporting. James' appointment will be put to shareholders at the AGM in April 2021. \n \n Commenting on the appointment, John Nicholas, Chairman, said:\n \n \n \"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Chris for his longstanding commitment to the Company.
