[{"type":"text","content":"Portmeirion Group PLC - Results of 2022 AGM\n The Board of Portmeirion Group PLC are pleased to confirm that at the AGM held on the 19 May 2022, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed. All resolutions were carried on a show of hands. The total number of shares in issue with voting rights at the date of the AGM was 13,985,442.\n The following proxy votes were received prior to the meeting:\n Ordinary Resolutions\n 1.\n To receive the audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 together with the Report of the Directors, the Strategic Report and the Auditor's Report on those accounts.\n 2.\n To declare a final dividend of 13.00p per share in respect of the year ended\n 31 December 2021 payable on\n 26 May 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22 April 2022.\n 3.\n To re-elect A.A. Andrea as a Director.\n 4.\n To re-elect C.V. Askem as a Director.\n 5.\n To re-elect J.M. Gale as a Director.\n 6.\n To re-elect M.J. Knapper as a Director.\n 7.\n To re-elect A.L. Luger as a Director.\n 8.\n To re-elect M.T. Raybould as a Director.\n 9.\n To re-elect W.J. Robedee as a Director.\n 10. To re-elect D. Sproston as a Director.\n 11. To re-elect R.J. Steele as a Director.\n 12. To reappoint Mazars LLP as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next meeting at which accounts are laid before the Company.\n 13.
