All resolutions were carried on a show of hands. The total number of shares in issue with voting rights at the date of the AGM was 10,877,101.\n The following proxy votes were received prior to the meeting:\n Ordinary Resolutions\n 1.\n To receive the audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 together with the Report of the Directors, the Strategic Report and the Auditor's Report on those accounts.\n 2.\n To re-elect A.A. Andrea as a Director.\n 3. 4. 5.\n To re-elect P.E. Atherton as a Director.\n To re-elect L. Bryan as a Director.\n To re-elect M.J. Knapper as a\n Director.\n 6. 7.\n To re-elect A.L. To reappoint Mazars LLP as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next meeting at which accounts are laid before the Company.\n 11. To authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors of the Company.\n 12.
