Accordingly, t\n he Company has transferred 3,407 Ordinary Shares from shares held in treasury in respect of the exercise. \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company has 14,204,087 Ordinary Shares in issue, consisting of 13,977,112 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and 226,975 Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury.
