A voluntary liquidator was appointment on 21 November 2021.\n \n \n Michael Knapper, Group Operations Director\n \n \n Michael Knapper was, at the time of his appointment as a director of Portmeirion Group PLC, a director of Colony Deutschland GmbH, this was omitted from his schedule of current directorships.
