(IOG - TSX Venture), (the \"Company\") is pleased to announce it has closed the previously announced private placement financing of 3,683,143 flow-through common shares (the \"Shares\") at a price of $1.40 per Share for gross proceeds of $5,156,400.20 (the \"Offering\") which includes an additional 83,143 Shares placed by the underwriters in excess of the initial announced offering size of 3,600,000 Shares.  The Offering was completed by Jacob Securities Inc., as lead underwriter, Dundee Securities Corporation and Haywood Securities Inc.
