Working Committee of the Board of Directors of Satin Creditcare Network Limited (the 'Company'), in its meeting held today, i.e. Tuesday, July 1, 2025, has inter-alia, considered and approved the terms and conditions for issuance of 4,410 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, transferable, non-convertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees ("INR"), each having such face value of INR 1,00,000 and an aggregate nominal face value of INR 44,10,00,000.
