The Placing Shares are to be issued at a price of £10.50 per Placing Share. The Placing was oversubscribed and demand has been scaled back accordingly.\nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange (\"Admission\"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Placing Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 2 June 2017.\nOn Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 29,926,110 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The total number of voting rights in the ordinary shares is 29,926,110.
