The Placing Shares are to be issued at a price of £10 per Placing Share, representing a 1.5 per cent. premium to the Company's estimated net asset value per share of £9.853 as at 31 March 2016.\nApplication will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange (\"Admission\"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Placing Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 17 May 2016.\nOn Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 15,000,001 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The total number of voting rights in the ordinary shares is 15,000,001.
