Shareholders approved all matters recommended by management,\nincluding: the election of David Drinkwater, John O’Donnell and\nSteve Balch as directors of the Company; the reappointment of McGovern\nHurley LLP as the Company's auditors;  a special resolution\nauthorizing the change of the Company's name to \"Loyalist\nExploration Limited\" or such other name as the directors may\ndetermine; the continuation of the Company’s 10% rolling stock\noption plan; a special resolution to amend the by-laws to 1) allow an\nordinary resolution, rather than a special resolution, of shareholders\nto set the number of directors within the minimum and maximum number\nof directors, and 2) allow the directors to set the number of\ndirectors within the minimum and maximum number of directors unless\nprohibited under the provisions of the Canada Business Corporations\nAct. The resolution of shareholders provides that the directors are\nnot obliged to proceed with the name change at their discretion,\nhowever, the Company anticipates that its name change will occur\nwithin the next two weeks.
