This is a great accomplishment and will allow us to execute our strategic plan of developing and expanding the Company.

The Company has now provided OTC Markets with the adequate information required and we will continue to work very hard on behalf of all our shareholders as we execute our strategy which among other things involves: New business concept, name change and getting the “Shell” Designation removed.
