(OTC: PMEA) is pleased to announce\nthat it has reached an Agreement with DiNelly EXOGYRO on equal equity’s cross\nparticipation into their respective shareholding capital.\n\nPM&E Inc. has entered into an agreement with DiNelly EXOGYRO, under\nwhich both parties have agreed to exchange 30% of the total issued and\noutstanding shares of their respective equity capital.\n\nDiNelly has designed and successfully\ndeveloped the eXoGyro, which is the\nfirst completely new designed ultra-light Gyrocopter, especially designed for\ncommercial use i.e. in military operation, civil airborne sensing,\nsurveillance, reconnaissance, homeland security missions, humanitarian\noperations like mobile laboratory or first responder. \n\n\n\nThe eXoGyro is most ingeniously equipped\nwith elements like fuel cell, multi purpose rack for outside fittings, large\ntanks for long endurance, comfortable air condition and heating system,\n2-seater + 56,5 ft³ compartment, adjustable mast system etc.\n\n\n\nThe eXoGyro is ultra-light certified, with\nno supplemental type certification necessary, for installation of any kind of\nsystems or equipment (subject to regional regulation). It has an excellent\nprice performance ratio (low initial cost / maintenance / spare parts /\ntraining) and mainly no runway is needed or necessary. It has a stable flight\nperformance even in strong wind and rough weather conditions.\n\nUnder the terms of the agreement, PM&E and DiNelly will use their\nsynergies to bring the eXoGyro into the international markets and jointly\ncomplete the development of the EVADA A4 Aircraft.
