[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n4 December 2023\nPlus500 Ltd.\n(\"Plus500\", the \"Company\" or together with its subsidiaries the \"Group\") \nNotice of Extraordinary General Meeting\nPlus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating proprietary technology-based trading platforms, has today published on its website, www.plus500.com, a Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (\"EGM\").\n \nThe Board is convening the EGM for the purposes of approving three resolutions relating to the election of Independent Non-Executive Directors and External Directors. Further details relating to the resolutions are set out in the Notice.\nThe EGM will be held at 10.00 am (UK time) on Monday, 8 January 2024 at the offices of Liberum Capital Limited, Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY. The Company is committed to ensuring that all shareholders are given an opportunity to participate in the EGM and the Board has therefore decided to hold the EGM as a hybrid meeting, by implementing certain additional arrangements to allow shareholders to participate and vote virtually at the EGM and submit questions through a virtual platform.
