The new funds, if raised, will be used to help fund the development of our digital assets platform, including digital exchanges, tokenization and cryptocurrency, and the fund management platform that we are building in partnership with several fund management teams.These discussions are part of a number of ongoing conversations for funding and growing the Company to take advantage of the opportunities from increasing liberalization of and support for the digital finance sector in the US since the election, and the huge geopolitical disruption which is opening up new markets and opportunities.
