UPDATE REGARDING A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS

Further to Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announcement dated October 26, 2023  (the "Last Announcement"), regarding the sale of the Company's shares by Elbit Imaging Ltd. ("Elbit Imaging"), the Company announces today, that since the Last Announcement, Elbit Imaging sold about all shares of the Company, which are held in escrow account, thus, Elbit Imaging holdings in the Company have diminished to 0% of the Company's issued and paid-up capital.

Further, the Company announces today, that Ragnar Trade spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością ("Ragnar Trade") acquired about 343.9 thousand shares of the Company, thus Ragnar Trade holdings in the Company is amounted to 5.02% of the Company's issued and paid capital.
