('Plaza Centers' or the 'Company')\n\n\nIn connection with the Offer in relation to the following Ordinary Shares \n('the Offer'):\n\n\nPlaza Centers Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each (the 'Ordinary Shares')\n\nISIN Code: NL 0000686772\n\n\nPlaza Centers announces that, in connection with the Offer of 85,714,286\nOrdinary Shares by Plaza Centers, UBS Limited, as stabilising manager, has today\ngiven notice to exercise the Over-allotment Option in respect of 6,631,801\nOrdinary Shares in Plaza Centers. All of the net proceeds arising from the\nexercise of the Over-allotment Option will be received by Plaza Centers.\n\nIncluding the exercise of the Over-allotment Option, the total gross proceeds of\nthe Offer are £166,222,956.60 (92,346,087 Ordinary Shares).
