('Plaza' or the 'Company'), a leading CEE emerging markets\nproperty developer, today announces that it has completed and opened to the\npublic the Rybnik Plaza Shopping and Entertainment centre in the city of Rybnik,\nPoland.\n\n\nThe Rybnik Plaza is located in Rybnik's city centre and comprises 18,000 sqm of\nGross Lettable Area with 470 parking spaces attached. The development is the\nfirst shopping and entertainment centre in Rybnik and was 100% let to local and\ninternational tenants on its opening.\n\n\nAs described in the Company's Admission Document, the property was pre-sold to\nKlepierre, the French property group, and the formal handover and final\ncompletion of the transaction are expected to take place within the next few\nweeks.\n\n\nOn completion of the transaction, a further announcement will be made to\nshareholders.\n\n\nCommenting on the opening, Ran Shtarkman, President and CEO, Plaza Centers N.V.\nsaid:\n\n\n'I am delighted to confirm the successful opening of our major development in\nRybnik, on time and on budget. This Shopping and Entertainment centre is the\n22nd we have developed and completed in Central and Eastern Europe ('CEE'), and\nthe fifth in Poland, following the opening of the Sadyba Mall in Warsaw and the\nPlaza Shopping centres in Krakow, Ruda Slanska and Poznan.
