('Plaza' or the 'Company'), a leading Central and Eastern\nEuropean emerging markets property developer, today announces that it has\ncompleted and opened to the public the Sosnowiec Plaza Shopping and\nEntertainment centre in the city of Sosnowiec, Poland.\n\n\n\nThe Sosnowiec Plaza is located 300 metres from the city centre of Sosnowiec and\ncomprises 13,000 sqm of Gross Lettable Area with 400 parking spaces attached.\nThe development was 100% occupied by international and local tenants on its\nopening.\n\n\n\nAs described in the Company's Admission Document, the property was pre-sold to\nKlepierre, the French property group, and the formal handover and final\ncompletion of the transaction are expected to take place within the next few\nweeks.\n\n\n\nOn completion of the transaction, a further announcement will be made to\nshareholders.\n\n\n\nCommenting on the opening, Ran Shtarkman, President and CEO, Plaza Centers N.V.\nsaid:\n\n\n\n'The opening of Sosnowiec Plaza is a further demonstration of Plaza's leading\nposition in the CEE region providing international and local brand name tenants\nwith high quality shopping and entertainment centres in excellent locations.
