(\"Plaza\" or the \"Company\"), a leading emerging markets property developer, is pleased to announce that the shareholder resolutions relating to the consolidation of its share capital, on the basis of one New Ordinary Share/New Depositary Interest for every 100 Existing Ordinary Shares/Existing Depositary Interests, (the \"Share Capital Consolidation\") have been duly passed by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting.\n \nElbit Ultrasound (Luxembourg) B.V./S.a.r.l.
