ANY VOTING DECISIONS BY SHAREHOLDERS IN CONNECTION WITH THE TRANSACTION SHOULD BE MADE ON THE BASIS OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE CIRCULAR.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 15 June 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Receipt of regulatory approvals with respect to the disposal of Finalto\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Further to the FY 2021 results announcement made on 24 March 2022, Playtech plc (\"Playtech\" or \"the Company\") is pleased to announce that it has received all required regulatory approvals related to the all-cash sale of its financial trading division (\"Finalto\")\n to Gopher Investments (the \"Transaction\").
