Convertible\ndebentures in the aggregate principal sum of $290,000 maturing on\nAugust 29, 2023 (the “\n \n \n Debentures\n \n \n ”) will be extended to August 29,\n2024. The amended Debentures will be convertible into units of the\nCompany (“\n \n \n Units\n \n \n ”) at a price of $0.05 per Unit, with each Unit continuing\nto consist of one common share of the Company (“\n \n \n Shares\n \n \n ”) and one\nShare purchase warrant (“\n \n \n Warrants\n \n \n ”). Each Warrant will be exercisable\nat a price of $0.05 per Share for a period of 24 months from the date\nof conversion of an amended Debenture.
